One Year Ago Today …

the clump of cells that became my daughter was thawed after being frozen for over four years. One year ago today I got up at 4am to fly to Canada for my second FET. My flight was at 6:20am. I dropped my bag at the hotel and grabbed a taxi to the clinic. Except for a long wait with a very full bladder, the transfer was uneventful. Ten days later I saw two lines.

This morning, one year later, I woke up to a smiley, sweet baby.

Miracles happen.

It's crazy to think about S (and all the rest of us!) starting as a little ball of cells. As you know, the whole system of creating a human just blows my mind.

Happy Anniversary!

Congratulations, what a sweet memory to have.

And thank you so much, I got the package for my daughter and will send it off to her this week. I really appreciate it and hope the universe showers you with blessings!
